PRINT ON DEMAND ORDERS

Print On Demand (POD) items are custom-created just for your order, therefore, please be aware that orders with POD items take longer to process. Approximate shipping times are indicated during your order process.

 

USA SHIPPING

Shipping within the USA via our Print On Demand partner is generally done via United States Postal Service (USPS); see the shipping options available to you upon check out. Once the item has been custom-created for you and shipped out, USPS delivery typically takes between 2 to 10 business days.

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Deliveries to all EU countries.

   
We are proud to partner with EAS for VAT compliance, which enables us to ship to customers in EU countries. All orders shipped to countries within the European Union (EU) will have taxes and duties paid at checkout. This means that the price you see for the item(s) in your cart is the final price you'll pay, and there will be no additional fees or charges upon delivery. We strive to make the checkout process as seamless as possible, so you can enjoy your purchase without any surprises or delays.

EU Shipping

EU customers can enjoy a hassle-free shopping experience with all taxes and duties paid at checkout.

1. VAT and duty Inclusive Pricing: For orders under 150€ (excluding shipping and taxes), all VAT and customs duties are included in the price at checkout. No additional charges on delivery.

2. Quick Customs Clearance: Orders under 150€ benefit from expedited customs processing, resulting in faster delivery times.

3. Separate Shipping Fees: Shipping fees are calculated separately and are not included in the 150€ limit. Please review shipping costs at checkout.

4. Customs Support: If local customs charge any fees upon delivery, please contact our customer support at sales [at] yandtrocks.com for assistance.

For shipping internationally, see the shipping options available to you upon check out via our Print On Demand partner. Print On Demand items are generally custom-created for you in our partner's facility that is closest to you, where applicable. If the Print On Demand items that you ordered are created in and shipped from the USA via United States Postal Service (USPS) to Europe, once the item has been custom-created for you and shipped out, USPS delivery typically takes between 5 and 21 business days, depending on Customs.

CUSTOMS AND DUTIES
Beyond the EU, any customs or import duties that are levied on your order, and/or customs declarations and regulations required once it reaches its final country of delivery are the sole responsibility of the recipient.

Unfortunately, we have no control over the application of charges, nor the number of charges to be levied.

 

Has Your Shipping Address Changed?
If your shipping address has changed (or if you believe there is an error in your shipping address), please contact us and we'll update your shipping info. Please note, however, that once an item has shipped, we cannot change the shipping address.

We will not re-ship any order or refund any customer whose order is not received due to an incorrect shipping address provided by the customer.
