EU Right of Withdrawal Exemption for Print-on-Demand Goods
Under Article 16(c) of the EU Consumer Rights Directive, the right of withdrawal (the standard 14-day cooling-off period) does not apply to the supply of goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalized.
Because every single item in our store is manufactured uniquely for you upon order placement via print-on-demand technology, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchange requests due to a change of mind, buyer’s remorse, or incorrect size selection.
Digital downloads are also not eligible for withdrawal.
Cancellations Before Production You may submit a cancellation or withdrawal request immediately after purchase; however, once your order has entered the production phase with our manufacturing partner, it can no longer be canceled or refunded.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items Your legal consumer guarantee rights remain fully protected. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or contains manufacturing errors, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with clear photo evidence. We will gladly arrange a free replacement or a full refund.
